Turnpike West to Harrisburg West Exit #242; Take I-83 North to first exit- Limekiln Road; Bottom of ramp at light go left on Limekiln Road (east); Take Limekiln Road to end at "T" intersection with Poplar Ave.; Go left on Poplar Ave. to stop sign at Third Street ; Go right on Third Street to light at Bridge Street ; Go right on Bridge Street to Front Street (just before green bridge); Turn right on Front Street to Boro Park/Apple Festival; |

The New Cumberland Olde Towne Association is proud to announce the 22nd Annual New Cumberland Apple Festival being planned for Saturday, September 29, 2007 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The festival is located along the Yellow Breeches Creek in New Cumberland Borough Park , at Front and Bridge Streets in New Cumberland. The rain date for the festival is Sunday, Sunday, September 30, 2007 from 12 noon to 5 p.m. Free admission. |

The festival, consisting of 250 vendors, is a craft show with children's activities and day-long demonstrations such as painting, clock making, drawing, knitting, and wood crafts. You won't want to miss the live on-stage entertainment planned for the whole family and fabulous local foods such as apple dumplings and apple pies. |

The Fourth annual Apple Pie Baking Contest will also be held with over $500 in prize money awarded to the best Apple Pie bakers in Central PA.
Free bus rides to the park will begin at 9 a.m. along Bridge Street and Simpson Ferry Road/Brandt Avenue . Buses will make stops on the way at sidewalk sales held in the historic downtown area located just a few blocks from the park. By riding buses, visitors can park further from Borough Park and avoid traffic. |

| Attendees can expect exceptional hospitality from the New Cumberland community, the smell of apples and sounds of music in the air, and crowds of shoppers toting armloads of treasures. Surely the best festival ever! |
